Delivery and Payment
1. Delivery
Placing an order in the online store shop.steel-containers.com and selecting a payment method constitute the basic condition for the delivery of goods. Shipping and transport are carried out exclusively on business days, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, provided that the ordered goods are available in the Seller’s warehouse.
If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time may be extended and will amount to 14 to 21 business days.
The Seller reserves the right to change the order fulfilment time for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, in particular those resulting from the production process, availability of materials or transport organisation. The Customer will be informed of the current delivery time without undue delay.
Delivery area and costs
The Store delivers goods within the territory of Poland and other countries of the European Union.
The standard delivery cost within Poland amounts to PLN 300 net.
For oversized products, the transport cost may change and amount to up to PLN 500 net per item.
In the case of deliveries outside the territory of Poland, the transport cost is determined individually and communicated to the Customer for approval prior to order fulfilment.
Method of delivery and collection
Deliveries are carried out via courier or freight forwarding companies. Deliveries take place on business days, usually between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Seller is not able to specify the exact delivery time.
At the Customer’s request, the Seller may provide a consignment note number enabling shipment tracking.
The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery, in the presence of the carrier’s representative. In the event of damage, the Customer should prepare a damage report with the carrier or refuse acceptance of the shipment and immediately inform the Seller.
The Seller’s liability towards Consumers remains in accordance with applicable provisions of law.
2. Payment

The Customer is obliged to include the order number in the transfer title.
Electronic payments
The Store may offer electronic payment methods via external payment service providers. The currently available electronic payment methods are indicated each time during the order placement process.
Cash on collection
Payment upon collection is possible only in the case of personal collection of goods from the Seller.
This payment method is available exclusively for products in stock and does not apply to orders delivered via courier or freight forwarding companies.
Pro forma invoice
At the Customer’s request, a pro forma invoice may be issued. For this purpose, the Customer is requested to contact the Seller via the contact form or by e-mail, providing the order number. The pro forma invoice is issued for the products and quantities specified in the placed order.
3. Final provisions
Detailed information regarding delivery and payment may be individually agreed with the Customer in the case of non-standard orders or products manufactured to order.
