Returns and Withdrawal Policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies exclusively to customers who are consumers.
In the case of sales to businesses (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

3. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent to the following email address:
sales@steel-containers.com

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

  • goods made to order
  • goods manufactured according to individual specifications
  • goods modified for a specific order

5. Return of Goods (Return Address)

Returned goods should be sent to the warehouse address:

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

In the case of oversized goods (e.g., containers), the return requires individual organization of transport.

6. Condition of Returned Goods

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Refunds

In the event of withdrawal:

  • the seller refunds all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard one)
  • the refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement

The seller may withhold the refund until:

  • the goods have been received, or
  • proof of their return has been provided

The refund will be made using the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted to:

A complaint should include:

  • customer details
  • order number
  • description of the problem

Complaints are processed within 14 days.
