Robust construction and durable grating
The presented spill containment tray has been designed with durability and resistance to demanding operating conditions in mind. The containment body is made of high-quality steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm, ensuring complete tightness. The base of the container is additionally reinforced with steel sheet of 2 to 2.5 mm thickness, guaranteeing stability even under heavy loads. The working surface consists of a solid galvanized grating that is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The grating is removable, which significantly facilitates operation and allows quick cleaning of the tray interior in the event of a spill.
Mobility thanks to fork pockets
A characteristic feature of the PMW model is its specially designed base equipped with integrated fork pockets. This technical solution allows stable and safe lifting and transport of the spill containment tray using standard forklift trucks and manual pallet trucks. As a result, the tray can be easily moved within a warehouse without the risk of slipping off the forks. The entire structure is coated with a polyurethane paint layer that provides effective corrosion protection and shields the steel from moisture and the effects of aggressive media.
