The container is manufactured from high-grade structural steel and finished with a durable, corrosion-resistant coating in a vibrant industrial blue. To further ensure operational safety, we have added high-visibility hazard striping along the upper edges of the screen, making the unit easily identifiable even in high-traffic warehouse zones. This hopper retains all the reliable functionality of our TK line, including a robust tilting mechanism that allows for seamless emptying and reinforced fork pockets for maximum stability during transport.
Steel Spill Sump with Integrated Safety Cabinet
Built for seamless internal logistics, the sump’s base is fully compatible with forklifts, stackers, and manual pallet jacks, ensuring effortless transport across your facility. The entire structure is finished with a heavy-duty powder coating, providing excellent durability and resistance to harsh industrial conditions. By implementing this containment system, companies can significantly improve workplace safety by eliminating the risk of slips or contamination caused by accidental spills and leaks. Beyond operational efficiency, this spill pallet serves as a vital environmental protection tool, effectively preventing hazardous substances from reaching groundwater or drainage systems.
Custom PMDB Drop-Bottom Bin
The most notable addition to this custom build is the integrated front-mounted handle. While the original PMDB features a completely smooth front, this modification provides operators with a dedicated manual touchpoint. This allows for easier positioning of the container under low-clearance machines and more controlled movement when using a manual pallet jack. It acts as both a protective bumper and a maneuvering aid, ensuring the bin is perfectly aligned for loading without risking damage to sensitive equipment.
