The PMPB model metal stillage is a professional storage container that combines heavy-duty durability with high operational ergonomics. The structure is made of solid 2 mm thick folded sheet metal – this applies to both the walls and the base of the tank. A guarantee of longevity and resistance to extreme industrial conditions is the use of double-sided welding technology, making this container an extremely stable and safe carrier for heavy goods.
Hinged side – easy access to goods
A key advantage of the PMPB model is the functional solution of an opening side. One of the longer walls features a half-height hinged flap, which significantly facilitates access to materials located at the bottom of the container. Thanks to this solution, loading and unloading (manual or mechanical) is much faster and more ergonomic, eliminating the need to bend deep over the edge of a full side.
Versatility in transport and storage
The container is designed to work with various material handling equipment. The base, equipped with feet, allows for free manoeuvring using both forklifts and manual pallet trucks (“pump trucks”). Furthermore, the upper rim of the stillage features special corners (stacking pockets) with holes that serve two functions: they enable stable stacking of containers on top of each other and act as lifting points for transport by crane or overhead hoist.
