Most standard containers available on the market are made of thin 2-3mm sheet metal. The container from this series sets new standards of durability. The use of sheet metal with a thickness of up to 4mm in the ZS model makes it practically indestructible in a standard production cycle.

What defines the ZS metal container is the precisely placed holes in the side walls. They transform a solid box into an advanced container for separating solid and liquid fractions.

1. Coolant recovery (Machining): Storing oily chips in the ZS model allows for gravity drainage of expensive emulsion, which can be collected, filtered, and reused.

2. Washing and etching processes: The ZS container works perfectly as a charging basket for technological tanks. The openwork construction allows for the free flow of washing chemicals and then quick drainage of parts after removal from the bath.

3. Weather resistance: Thanks to the perforated walls, rainwater does not accumulate inside the ZS container, preventing accelerated corrosion of the stored material during outdoor storage.
