PET bottle container
A rectangular drop opening with a metal spring flap is mounted on the front of the container. The flap opens under the pressure of the inserted bottle and automatically returns to the closed position after it is dropped in. The return spring mechanism serves a dual function: it prevents odors from escaping outside and prevents unauthorized persons from removing the contents. The drop opening is dimensioned to accept a standard-sized PET bottle.
Interior adapted for a 240L municipal wheeled bin
The internal space of the container is designed for a standard 240-liter municipal wheeled bin. The bin rolls directly into the housing and remains inside during the entire collection cycle. The use of a typical 240L bin simplifies collection logistics – cleaning services use their existing fleet of carts without the need to purchase dedicated internal containers.
Side service door – quick replacement of the inner bin
On one side of the housing, a solid hinged door is mounted, allowing the 240L wheeled bin to roll in and out. Operation takes place without the need to tilt or dismantle the container – the worker opens the door, pulls out the full bin, inserts an empty one, and closes the door. The entire process takes a few seconds and requires no tools.
Bathtub bottom – protecting the ground against liquid leakage
The floor of the container is made in the form of a drip tray (bathtub) – with a raised perimeter rim that retains any liquid leaks from bottles not completely emptied before being thrown in. This solution meets environmental protection and hygiene requirements at workplaces, and also protects the hall or yard floor from getting dirty. The bathtub is integrated with the walls as a permanently welded element.
S235JR steel housing with cover and paint coating
All housing elements – walls, cover, door frame, chute, and bathtub – are made of S235JR structural steel. The dead weight of the container is 95 kg, which ensures resistance to tipping even with unfavorable content distribution. The surface is protected with a powder coating resistant to scratches and weather conditions. The product is intended for both indoor (halls, warehouses, canteens) and outdoor applications (garbage sheds, yards).
