PMO 400 – for CNC machining waste
Most industrial chip containers are equipped with two fork pockets (sleeves). The PMO 400, on the other hand, has one central skid embedded in the frame base – an element that cooperates directly with the tipping mechanism mounted on a forklift. The tipper grabs the container by the skid and tilts it in the set direction, which allows for gravitational emptying of the entire contents into a collective container or a waste conveyor. The solution eliminates intermediate handling stages and reduces the emptying cycle time to a minimum.
Castors fi 80 – free transport along machine tool lines
The PMO 400 container is equipped with four castors with a diameter of fi 80 mm embedded in a steel base frame with a height of 40 mm. The wheelset with a total height of 115 mm allows the container to roll freely on the hall floor – directly from under the machine tool to the waste collection point. A single worker moves the loaded container to any location, and then places it under the tipper for emptying. The wheels are resistant to chips, coolants, and typical production contaminants.
