Steel silo with fork pockets

The key distinguishing feature of this silo is an integrated pair of pockets (sleeves) for forklift forks, mounted directly in the lower part of the supporting frame. This solution eliminates the need for wooden supports or Euro pallets – the forklift drives directly under the silo and lifts it as a whole. This translates to faster handling, lower risk of load damage, and better utilization of warehouse space.

Conical hopper bottom with discharge valve

The lower part of the silo has a conical (hopper) shape, which gravitationally directs the material towards the outlet centrally located on the silo axis. A slide gate valve with a manual lever is mounted at the outlet, enabling controlled emptying of the hopper. The cone inclination angle ensures the efficient flow of materials with typical granulation and flowability, minimizing residues.

Spray painting – RAL 7030

After welding and surface preparation (degreasing, sandblasting, or shot blasting), the entire structure is spray-coated with powder paint in RAL 7030 – stone grey. The paint coating provides durable protection against atmospheric corrosion, scratches, and chemical factors typical for industrial and warehouse environments. The RAL 7030 color is a neutral, aesthetic shade of grey, commonly used in industry.

Custom production

It is possible to change the overall dimensions, capacity, type of valve, RAL color, execution in stainless steel, addition of stacking pockets or additional nozzles. Each unit is a separate production order carried out in Poland, which guarantees quality control at every stage of manufacturing.
