Skip Containers

Steel skip containers are open-top containers designed for collecting, storing and transporting waste, raw materials and bulk materials. The range includes asymmetric skips with capacities from 1.3 to 10 m³, suitable for handling by skip loader trucks.

Skip containers are used in construction, industry, municipal services, recycling and agriculture. They can handle rubble, soil, sand, scrap metal, production waste, wood, packaging, biomass and bulky waste. The asymmetric design with a lower, sloping front wall makes manual loading easier, while lifting trunnions and a tipping hook enable operation with a skip loader.

Capacities for different tasks Models from 1.3 to 10 m³ allow the container volume to be matched to the waste type, available space and collection frequency.
Easier loading The lowered, sloping front wall reduces lifting height and improves manual loading, for example with a wheelbarrow or shovel.
Built for intensive use The reinforced steel construction is intended for construction sites, industrial plants, collection points and municipal service companies.

How to choose a steel skip container?

Start with the type and weight of the material. For heavy rubble, soil, sand or scrap metal, a smaller capacity is often more suitable, taking the permitted load weight and truck capability into account. Larger skips are practical for lightweight, bulky waste such as wood, film, packaging or oversized waste. Also check the installation area, compatibility of the trunnions and tipping hook with the skip loader, the loading method and whether a tarpaulin or transport net is required.
