Description
Our fork extensions are a premium product that definitively outperforms the competition due to three key features: they are 100% Polish-made, solidly welded, and possess the required certification. Unlike cheap alternatives, our design is based on a durable rectangular closed profile with a wall thickness of a full 4 mm. This 2000 mm long model is designed to perfectly fit standard forklift forks with cross-sections of 100×40 mm and 120×40 mm.
Each pair of fork extensions from our range features a well-thought-out design. The front of the extension is cut at a 45-degree angle and professionally capped, significantly facilitating entry into pallets, while the rear remains open for quick installation. Safety is a priority, which is why a reliable locking system has been implemented. It consists of a solid pin (Ø 16 mm rod) that is inserted behind the fork heel and secured with a cotter pin. This eliminates the risk of the extension slipping off during maneuvering. Please note that, according to standards, the original forks must provide support for at least 60% of the total length of the mounted extension.
