Polyethylene spill containment trays help control leaks when liquids are stored or dispensed in drums, cans and IBC containers. The range includes compact drip trays, spill pallets for two or four drums, bunds for one or two IBCs, low-profile work floors and access ramps.
Polyethylene constructions do not corrode and can be used with many oils, acids, alkalis and chemicals, but material compatibility must always be confirmed for the specific substance, concentration and temperature. Removable grids keep containers above collected liquid and simplify cleaning. Selected models have fork pockets for moving the empty unit.
Determine the number, type and volume of stored containers and the containment capacity required by regulations, risk assessment and site procedures. Check grid load capacity, the footprint of the drum or IBC, working height and available space. Before purchase, verify PE chemical resistance for the exact substance, concentration and temperature; a general statement about chemical resistance is not sufficient. Consider loading method, need for a ramp, cleaning and inspection access, and handling rules. Do not move a sump containing liquid or load unless the manufacturer explicitly permits it.
We will help you select sump capacity, load rating, dimensions and configuration for the containers and stored substance.
