Description

Spill containment pallet made of exceptionally durable, chemical resistant polyethylene, manufactured from 100 percent recycled materials. It combines high functionality with environmental responsibility, effectively protecting against the effects of uncontrolled leaks of hazardous substances while supporting the reuse of secondary raw materials that could otherwise contaminate the environment.

The spill pallet is ideal for storing batteries, drums, and containers with oils and chemicals, including highly aggressive substances. It can be used both for permanent spill containment and as a safe workstation for dispensing liquids from drums and containers.

Optional connecting clamps (28926) allow multiple pallet modules to be securely linked into a single shared work platform. To increase the total spill containment capacity, an optional overflow kit (28927) is available, enabling interconnection between modules. An optional access ramp (28650), mounted using securing clips and featuring a low incline angle, significantly simplifies safe loading and unloading of heavy drums using transport trolleys.

Anti slip ribbing on the ramp and working surface increases operational safety. The black color effectively masks dirt, helping maintain a clean and professional appearance of the workstation. The solid, self supporting grating with a thickness of 64 mm is stable, non shifting, and easy to remove for cleaning. The product holds the “Green” environmental certification issued by UL Environment.
