The NTK 600 self-tipping skip is a versatile warehouse attachment designed for the daily handling of light and medium loads in manufacturing enterprises, warehouses, and on construction sites. This model represents an excellent compromise between durability and unladen weight, offering a capacity of 600 litres while maintaining high operational ergonomics. It is an ideal solution for transporting bulk materials, municipal waste, plastics, or small metal components.

Technical parameters of the NTK 600 model

The construction of the NTK 600 model is made entirely of high-quality 2mm thick steel plate (both the hopper and the base). Consequently, the container is lighter than the Heavy Duty versions – its unladen weight is just 115 kg, allowing it to work with smaller forklifts without excessively loading their hydraulic systems.

Despite its lighter build, the NTK 600 self-tipping skip offers a solid load capacity of 800 kg. Its compact dimensions – length 1,580 mm, width 980 mm, and height 995 mm – ensure that this tank performs excellently in narrow aisles and smaller production halls.

Functionality and dual discharge system

To ensure maximum operator comfort, the skip is equipped with a proven, dual discharge mechanism. The user can choose between two emptying methods:

1. Front Pressure Plate (Automatic): This mechanism allows for hands-free discharge by pressing the pressure plate (located at the front of the skip) against the edge of a collection container.

2. Lever with cable operation option: A lever releasing the lock is located on the rear wall. Importantly, the handle design allows for a cable to be attached. This enables the operator to unlock the mechanism from the forklift cab, even when the container is raised high on the mast.

This solution guarantees speed of operation and safety, eliminating the need to manually tilt a heavy tank.

Durability and surface finish

Every NTK 600 self-tipping skip is protected against corrosion by spray-painting with polyurethane paint. The use of polyurethane ensures not only an aesthetic appearance but, above all, a durable coating resistant to scratches, moisture, and chemicals. The smooth paint surface makes cleaning the tank quick and simple, preventing waste from adhering to the walls.
