The NTK 900 self-tipping skip is the ideal solution for enterprises seeking a compromise between high loading capacity and low unladen weight of the attachment. Unlike the heavy-duty versions, this model has been designed with versatility in mind. The NTK 900 self-tipping skip is made entirely of solid 2mm thick steel plate – this applies to both the hopper walls and the base. This solution has resulted in a low unladen weight of only 135 kg. Consequently, the container does not overbalance the forklift’s hydraulic system, allowing for a greater useful load capacity for the goods being transported.

Despite its lighter construction, the tank features an impressive load capacity of 1,100 kg. Its external dimensions are: length 1,580 mm, width 1,390 mm, and height 995 mm. The wide construction facilitates the disposal of irregular-shaped waste inside.

Dual discharge system with cable operation

A key advantage of this model is its functionality and operational safety. The NTK 900 self-tipping skip is equipped with two lock-release systems that can be adapted to working conditions:

1. Front Pressure Plate (Automatic): Enables the hopper to be emptied by pressing the pressure plate (located on the front wall) against the edge of a large waste container. The operator does not need to leave the forklift.

2. Lever with cable option (Manual/Remote): A manual lever is located on the rear wall. Its design allows for a steel cable or rope to be attached. This enables the operator to pull the cable from the forklift cab, releasing the lock even when the container is raised high on the mast. This solution significantly accelerates work and increases operator comfort.

After the contents are discharged, the appropriately balanced container returns to its starting position and locks automatically.

Protection and aesthetics – Polyurethane painting

The durability of equipment in industrial conditions is a priority. Therefore, the skip’s surface is protected against corrosion by spray-painting with high-quality polyurethane paint. This coating creates a sealed barrier protecting the steel from moisture and corrosion. Additionally, polyurethane is resistant to mechanical damage and the effects of oils and greases. The smooth, glass-like structure of the paint facilitates maintenance – dirt and material residues do not adhere to the walls, which is particularly important when transporting wet waste.
