A unique feature of the PMUC 1000 is the combination of enormous load capacity with a low construction height. This makes the container ideal for working with large CNC machining centres and industrial installations where space under the feeder is limited, but the volume of generated waste (chips, offcuts) is very high. This allows for a significant reduction in downtime associated with the frequent emptying of smaller containers.

Durability and 100% leak-proof integrity

Due to its dimensions and intended use, the skip has been manufactured with an emphasis on extreme durability. The hopper walls are made of 3mm steel plate, while the base, which bears the greatest loads, is reinforced with 5mm steel. The container is double-sided welded, which guarantees full leak-proof integrity. This is crucial when storing waste soaked in coolant, emulsions, or oils – the liquid will not escape onto the factory floor. The top edge features a solid reinforcement that prevents deformation under a full load.

Safety and operation

Operating such a large container must be safe. The skip is equipped with a lock-release lever located on the rear wall, allowing for controlled discharge of the contents. The mechanism features a safety catch to prevent accidental tilting during forklift transport. The entire unit is coated with an anti-corrosion finish (primer + polyurethane paint), creating a smooth surface that facilitates cleaning and maintenance of the hopper.
