The PMUC mini 300 self-tipping skip is the largest and most capacious model in our specialised line of low-profile containers. Offering a 300-litre capacity, it represents the ideal solution for workstations where the space under the machine is drastically limited, yet the volume of waste generated requires a larger container than standard “miniatures”.

High capacity in a “Mini” format

The unique design of this model lies in the horizontal expansion of the hopper. This achieved a large flat surface area, allowing for the collection of 300 litres of waste while maintaining a very low height. This skip easily slides under low chip conveyors, presses, and CNC machining cells, eliminating the need for manual waste removal or frequent downtime to empty smaller bins.

Leak-proof integrity and solid construction

The container has been designed for harsh industrial conditions. The hopper section is made of 2mm steel plate, and the base—the load-bearing element—is reinforced with 4mm thick steel. The use of double-sided welding guarantees 100% leak-proof integrity of the structure. This makes the PMUC mini 300 an excellent choice for collecting wet waste, sludges, and swarf dripping with coolant, ensuring the cleanliness of the factory floor. The top edge features additional peripheral reinforcement to protect against damage.

Safety and easy maintenance

The discharge system is operated via a lever located on the rear wall of the container. The mechanism is equipped with a safety lock that prevents uncontrolled tilting of the skip during forklift transport. The entire unit is coated with polyurethane paint, creating a smooth, easy-to-clean finish that prevents dirt and grease from adhering.
