Robust construction of the spill containment tray

The offered spill containment tray stands out for its exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical damage, which is crucial in industrial environments. The body of the container is made of high-quality steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm, while the base is additionally reinforced with steel sheet ranging from 2 to 2.5 mm in thickness. This design guarantees stability even under full load. The upper section is fitted with a strong galvanized grating, increasing resistance to wear. Importantly, the grating is removable, which significantly facilitates inspection of the tray interior and quick cleaning in the event of a leak.

Mobility and corrosion protection

When designing the PMB 100 model, special emphasis was placed on ergonomic handling within internal warehouse logistics. The base features specially profiled feet that provide sufficient ground clearance for easy access by handling equipment. As a result, the spill containment tray can be easily lifted and transported using standard forklift trucks and manual pallet trucks, even when containers are placed on it. The entire internal and external surface of the tray is coated with a specialized polyurethane paint, forming a tight protective barrier that provides effective corrosion resistance and protects the steel from moisture and aggressive chemical agents.
