Robust construction and technical parameters

The offered spill containment tray is characterized by exceptional durability, essential for intensive industrial use. The containment section is manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet, ensuring tightness and resistance to impact. The base of the container is additionally reinforced with steel sheet of 2 to 2.5 mm thickness, guaranteeing structural stability even under full load. The working platform consists of a durable galvanized grating that is fully removable. This design allows easy cleaning of the tray interior and quick inspection of its technical condition.

Mobility and corrosion protection

The PMC2 double model has been designed with logistical functionality in mind. The base is equipped with feet that provide sufficient clearance from the floor, enabling smooth transport of the spill containment tray using standard forklift trucks and manual pallet trucks. As a result, the tray can be flexibly moved within production halls or warehouses. The entire product is coated with a polyurethane layer that forms a durable anti-corrosion barrier, protecting the steel from moisture and the effects of aggressive chemical substances.
