Description

The PMZ single spill containment tray is a specialized solution that combines the function of a stationary containment tray with the mobility of a transport trolley. This mobile protective container has been designed to enable not only safe storage, but above all safe internal transport of containers filled with liquid substances. In the event of a drum leak during transport, all escaping liquid is directed straight into the sealed body of the tray, eliminating the risk of contamination of traffic routes and production hall floors.

Robust construction of the spill containment tray

The presented spill containment tray features a reinforced construction adapted to dynamic loads associated with moving heavy cargo. The containment section (tray) is manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet, ensuring full tightness. The base is additionally reinforced with steel sheet ranging from 2 to 2.5 mm in thickness, guaranteeing rigidity and stability of the trolley. The working platform consists of a durable galvanized grating that is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The grating is fully removable, allowing easy maintenance and cleaning of the tray interior.

Mobility and ergonomic handling

The key advantage of the PMZ model is its mobility system. Unlike stationary versions mounted on feet, this spill containment tray is equipped with a set of solid wheels and an ergonomic push handle. This allows operators to easily and safely move heavy drums or containers between workstations without the need for a forklift truck. The entire steel structure is coated with a high-quality polyurethane paint, forming a durable anti-corrosion layer that protects the equipment against moisture and aggressive chemical substances.
