Description

The PMDB 2000 drop-bottom container is the largest available model in the PMDB series, offering an impressive capacity of 2,000 litres (2 m³). It is a dedicated solution for enterprises with the highest demand for loading space that wish to collect massive amounts of waste while maintaining the transport flexibility typical of much smaller containers.

2,000-litre capacity with pallet truck handling

The PMDB 2000 model is a logistical phenomenon. Despite its dimensions, its unique base design allows it to be moved using a standard manual pallet truck (on hardened surfaces). This means that even in facilities without constant access to a forklift, vast quantities of waste can be managed efficiently. Additionally, the container is equipped with corners that enable safe stacking, saving valuable warehouse floor space by creating vertical buffer zones. The feet are factory-adapted for wheel mounting, providing an option for full mobility.

Low profile with maximum volume

Durability and instantaneous discharge

The bin is manufactured from steel plate with a thickness of 2–3 mm (sides) and 3 mm (base), providing the rigidity necessary for such a large structure. The fork pockets in the longer walls are solidly reinforced. The drop-bottom system is operated via a lever located on the side of the container, allowing for the immediate emptying of the 2,000-litre load without physical effort. The entire unit is coated with anti-corrosion paint with a smooth structure, making it easy to keep clean.
