Description
The PMK 2000 drop-front container is an innovative, hybrid solution with a capacity of 2,000 litres, combining the best features of drop-bottom containers and classic self-dumping hoppers. It is a powerful vessel designed for the transport and discharge of heavy, bulky materials, offering a unique unloading system.
Hybrid design and unique discharge
The PMK model stands out on the market due to its operating mechanism. Unlike standard hoppers, discharge here occurs through a front wall that opens from the bottom. The operator releases the mechanism using a manual lever positioned safely at the rear of the bin. This causes the front wall to tilt and empty the contents, while a special steel cable connects the bin to the base, limiting its tilt and guaranteeing the stability of the entire process.
Extreme durability: 3-4 mm plate and profiles
The PMK 2000 was designed for the toughest tasks. The tank is manufactured from steel plate with a thickness of 3 to 4 mm, making it one of the most durable on the market. Furthermore, the structure is reinforced with profiles on every side, preventing deformation even when fully loaded with heavy scrap or rubble. Robust feet are mounted in the base, isolating the bottom of the tank from the ground and protecting it from moisture and corrosion.
Safety procedure
Due to the specific opening method, the container is equipped with an advanced safety system. The front wall is stabilised by a flat bar and rod in the upper section and two locks in the lower section. Before proceeding with discharge, the operator must remember to unlock them – they protect against the accidental opening of the front during transport. This solution guarantees maximum operational safety while in motion.
Choose the PMK 2000 container if you are looking for an armoured, innovative large-capacity tank that offers an alternative discharge method to traditional hoppers.
