With such large dimensions, structural rigidity is key. The PSM 1000 has been manufactured to handle extreme loads. The tank sides are made of 4-5 mm plate, but the most important element is the base, made of solid steel plate as thick as 6 mm. This “armoured” floor guarantees that the shovel will not deform while scooping heavy scrap, rubble, or frozen snow, maintaining its geometry for years.

A tipping angle of approximately 70 degrees ensures the fast and total discharge of the contents. The shovel features a robust lock that protects against uncontrolled tilting while driving with a full load. Coating durability is ensured by polyurethane paint.
