The single-sided A-FRAME rack is a specialised, heavy-duty structure designed for the professional storage, transport, and display of heavy stone slabs, sintered stone, granite, or marble. Thanks to its design, it ensures maximum safety for stored materials while occupying minimal space in the warehouse or production hall.
Solid construction from C and T profiles
What sets this model apart from the competition is its impressive strength-to-weight ratio. The entire unit is made of durable C and T type steel profiles. Consequently, the rack weighs only 51.26 kg, while its safe load capacity reaches an impressive 3,000 kg. It is a massive and stable solution that guarantees the safety of stonemasons and warehouse workers.
The geometry of the rack has been designed taking into account the physics of storing flat elements. The construction forces a 10° tilt angle, which is the optimal value to prevent slabs from tipping over while facilitating loading and unloading (e.g., using a crane or a slab clamp).
Dimensions and loading space
Despite its compact external dimensions (1160 x 850 x 1484 mm), the single-sided A-FRAME offers great functionality. The 390 mm wide loading space allows for storing multiple slabs simultaneously. The structure is adapted to handle materials with a maximum height of up to 1,800 mm, covering the requirements for most standard stonemasonry formats.
