The foundation of the AS40 model is a solid steel frame with a reinforced structure, guaranteeing an impressive load capacity of up to 3,000 kg. Unlike lighter solutions, this A-frame rack was created to work with the heaviest glass units and large-format joinery. This power reserve ensures that the structure maintains rigidity and stability even under full load and in difficult road conditions, eliminating the risk of deformations that could threaten the cargo.

Loading Versatility: Crane, HDS, and Forklift

The key advantage of the AS40 model is its operational versatility, resulting from the use of a dual transport system. The structure is equipped with integrated pockets in the base, enabling fast and stable transport by forklift within the warehouse. Simultaneously, the upper corner handles allow for the safe lifting of the rack using overhead cranes, slings, and HDS-type truck-mounted cranes. Thanks to this, the AS40 Model seamlessly integrates into every stage of the supply chain, regardless of the available machinery.

Advanced Protection for Glass Surfaces

The safety of transported glass is an absolute priority in the AS40 project. To eliminate the risk of damage, cracks, or scratches, all load-bearing surfaces in contact with the glass sheets are protected by high-quality chamber gaskets. They act as a shock absorber, neutralising vibrations occurring during transport. Additional stabilisation of the glass units is provided by detachable safety poles, which keep the goods upright and prevent them from shifting. The whole is completed by clear identification in the form of a data plate, facilitating rack fleet management in large enterprises.
