Description

The L-Type transport rack – Model LS150 is a professional single-sided structure designed for the transport of windows, doors, furniture boards, and glass sheets. Thanks to its characteristic “L” shape, this rack allows the load to rest securely at the correct angle, ensuring stability both in the warehouse and on a delivery vehicle.

Technical parameters of the LS150 model

Despite its compact dimensions, Model LS150 is a true workhorse. Its total length is 1,500 mm, making it an ideal solution for handling standard window and door units. The structure weighs only 87 kg, which facilitates maneuvering the empty rack, yet its robustness allows for the transport of loads with a total mass of up to 2,000 kg.

The loading space dimensions have been optimised for maximum utility. The loading width is approximately 1,000 mm with a total base width of 1,200 mm. The total height of the rack is 1,800 mm, of which the effective support height is 1,640 mm.

Unique design with a crowning beam

What distinguishes the L-Type transport rack – Model LS150 is the clever design of the upper part of the frame. The structure is equipped with a crowning beam with a gasket. This is a key functionality that allows for the transport of elements taller than the rack itself. Because the top edge is protected, high window frames or boards can safely protrude above the outline of the structure without the risk of damage against steel components.

Transport and stabilisation system

Warehouse logistics with the LS150 model is simple and safe. The base of the rack is equipped with 4 solid forklift handles, enabling stable lifting and movement of the loaded structure. Once placed at its destination, stability is provided by 4 stabilising legs, which guarantee that the rack will not tilt even under full single-sided load.

Load protection and finishing aesthetics

Unlike raw galvanised structures, this model focuses on aesthetics and visibility. The rack is painted with a primer and topcoat according to the RAL palette. This ensures not only an attractive appearance but also effective anti-corrosion protection.

Working surfaces in contact with delicate cargo (glass, varnished wood, or aluminium) are carefully protected:

Vertical support: Equipped with black chamber gaskets that absorb shocks during transit.
Horizontal base: Lined with durable solid PVC gaskets that prevent the goods from shifting and protect their bottom edges.

Each product is fitted with a manufacturer’s data plate, confirming its quality and technical parameters.
