Description

The OC 1200 pallet extension is a functional wire mesh cage that enables the quick adaptation of a standard 1200×800 mm pallet into a fully-fledged storage container. It is a solution dedicated to securing goods that require stable support and protection against mechanical damage. Utilising a metal mesh construction is a much more durable and economical alternative to traditional wooden crates, providing a longer packaging lifespan and better visibility of the stored inventory.

Durability and tool-free operation

The offered pallet extension is characterised by a robust build based on a steel tube frame and welded mesh infill. The 3.8 mm thick wire used forms 100×50 mm mesh openings, ensuring high wall rigidity and resistance to load pressure. A key advantage of this model is the simplicity of assembly – installing the cage on a pallet is done entirely without tools. This allows for the instantaneous preparation of the carrier for transport and its quick disassembly, significantly streamlining logistical operations in the warehouse.

Access to cargo and space-saving

The OC 1200 model was designed with an emphasis on ergonomics and storage efficiency. The front wall is equipped with a hinged window (flap), which provides convenient access to the contents of the container without the need to remove it, which is extremely useful during order picking. The design allows for safe stacking in a 1+3 arrangement, maximising the use of the warehouse’s cubic capacity. When not in use, the pallet extension can be folded flat, saving valuable space and reducing the costs of storing empty packaging.
