Description

The PMPP 200 metal stillage is the lowest in the series of storage and transport containers with solid walls, designed for storing heavy components with smaller volumes. The container’s construction is based on durable folded sheet metal – both the sides and the base are made of 2 mm thick material. This design ensures high rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage, making this model an ideal solution for workshops, production lines, and warehouses where easy access to the bottom of the container is essential.

Versatile Logistical Handling

The container has been designed for maximum flexibility in internal transport. The base is equipped with special feet that allow for convenient handling of the stillage not only by forklifts but also by standard manual pallet trucks (“pump trucks”). Additionally, in the upper corners of the frame, there are holes (lugs) that allow for the attachment of hooks and safe transport using a crane or overhead hoist. This solution significantly facilitates handling processes.

Safe stacking and durability

The PMPP 200 model allows for effective warehouse space management. The special design of the corners (stacking pockets) enables stable stacking of containers in a 1+2 arrangement (one on the ground and two on top). The entire unit is finished with a professional painting system, consisting of a primer and a polyurethane topcoat. This coating provides effective protection against corrosion, and the smooth surface of the sheet metal facilitates maintaining cleanliness inside the tank.
