Description
The PMPO 400 rotator container is a specialised, lower metal container designed for the automated and rapid unloading of goods. This construction has been made with attention to every detail, using durable 2 mm thick folded sheet metal – both in the side walls and in the base. Thanks to the use of double-sided welding technology, the tank is characterised by exceptional rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage resulting from everyday industrial work.
Efficient Rotary Unloading
The main advantage of the PMPO 400 model is its full compatibility with forklifts equipped with rotators. The base of the container is constructed like a pallet and has three runners (skids) divided in the middle. This design ensures stable support on the forks and allows for the safe rotation of the container by 360 degrees. This enables the instantaneous emptying of the contents through a controlled side tilt, which significantly speeds up logistical processes related to bulk materials, waste, or small elements.
Durable Construction Without Moving Parts
The rotator box is a fixed-construction container. It does not have opening sides, locks, levers, or any other moving parts, which are the most common cause of failure in standard boxes. The lack of mechanisms makes the container practically maintenance-free and extremely durable. Unloading takes place exclusively mechanically (by rotation) or manually, which makes this model a reliable tool for special tasks.
