Description
The PMPO 200 rotator container is a low, specialised metal container dedicated to handling high-density loads or smaller volumes requiring mechanised unloading. The container is made of high-quality 2 mm thick folded sheet metal – this parameter applies to both the side walls and the base. The entire structure is joined using double-sided welding technology, which ensures exceptional rigidity and resistance to deformation, even during intensive exploitation in harsh industrial conditions.
Adapted for 360-degree rotation
This model has been specifically designed for operation with forklifts equipped with rotators. The base of the stillage features a skid construction with three runners divided in the middle. This design guarantees a secure and stable grip of the forks, allowing for the safe rotation of the container by 360 degrees. Consequently, emptying the contents (e.g., production waste, chips, small components) takes place instantaneously through a controlled side tilt, without the need for manual intervention by a worker.
Durability through simple construction
The PMPO 200 is a fixed (rigid) construction container. It does not possess any moving parts such as flaps, hinges, or levers, which are most prone to failure. The absence of opening mechanisms makes the container practically maintenance-free and long-lasting. Unloading the goods is possible exclusively mechanically (using a rotator) or manually (by picking the goods from the top), making it a reliable solution for internal logistics.
