The T-Type transport rack – Model TS250 is a professional, double-sided logistical solution designed specifically for the storage and transport of windows, frames, insulated glass units, and furniture boards. The construction of the TS250 model was developed with the heaviest tasks in mind. The base consists of a solid steel frame with a self-weight of 165 kg. This massive build translates into an impressive load capacity – the T-Type transport rack – Model TS250 allows for the safe transport of loads with a total weight of up to 2000 kg.

The dimensions of the rack have been optimised to provide maximum loading surface while maintaining mobility. The total and loading length is 2500 mm. The total width of the base is 1200 mm, providing two independent loading spaces with a depth of 535 mm each. The total height of the structure reaches 2700 mm, with an effective loading height of 2500 mm, enabling the transport of even very high glazing.

In the transport of glass and lacquered profiles, surface protection is a priority. The T-Type transport rack – Model TS250 is equipped with an advanced gasket system:

• Chamber gasket on the backrest: The vertical frame profiles, against which the glass rests, are covered with a specialised chamber gasket. Its task is to absorb shocks and vibrations occurring during transport.

• Solid gasket on the bottom: The loading base is lined with a durable solid gasket, which prevents the goods from sliding and protects the lower edges of the frames from chipping.

The entire steel structure has undergone a hot-dip galvanisation process. This coating guarantees long-term resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage, and harsh weather conditions, allowing the racks to be stored outdoors.

Mobility and Stabilisation

Warehouse logistics require easy-to-use solutions. The TS250 model features dedicated forklift handles (“lugs”) that enable fast and safe loading of the entire rack onto a truck trailer or its movement around the hall. The stability of the structure, even under full load, is ensured by 4 solid legs equipped with braces that eliminate the risk of the rack wobbling. Each unit also features a nameplate with key technical data.
