The T-Type transport rack – Model TS400 is the largest and most advanced construction in our range, designed for the vertical transport and storage of windows, facades, HST sliding doors, and profiles of non-standard lengths. This model stands out with loading surfaces set at a 90-degree angle, which ensures perfect vertical positioning of the load and maximum stability.

Giant Dimensions and Parameters of the TS400 Model

The T-Type transport rack – Model TS400 was created to handle loads that do not fit on standard pallets. Its total length is as much as 4000 mm, making it an unrivalled solution for transporting long glass panes or aluminium frames. The total height of the structure is 3000 mm, while the effective support height for the load is 2750 mm.

Such dimensions go hand in hand with solid workmanship. The self-weight of the rack is 233 kg, which, combined with the wide base (1200 mm), guarantees resistance to tipping even in strong winds on a construction site. The construction offers a safe load capacity of 2000 kg.

Versatile Transport System (HDS + Forklift)

The logistics of 4-metre elements requires a specialised approach. Therefore, the TS400 model has been equipped with a double handle system, ensuring full flexibility:

Crane transport: The upper beam has dedicated handles (“lugs”) for lifting using slings. This enables the rapid loading of the rack onto a truck using an HDS crane or an overhead hoist.
Forklift transport: As many as 4 forklift handles are integrated into the base. Thanks to this, the operator can safely lift the wide rack, maintaining load stability while manoeuvring in the warehouse.

Once placed on the ground, stability is provided by 4 solid feet, which evenly transfer the weight to the floor.

Load Protection and Durability for Years

In the transport of finished windows, protecting lacquered and glass surfaces is key. The T-Type transport rack – Model TS400 features a professional protection system:

Chamber gasket: Covers the vertical support profiles, absorbing shocks and protecting frames from abrasions.
Solid gasket: Lines the horizontal loading base, preventing the goods from sliding and isolating them from the steel structure.

The entire unit has been protected against corrosion through hot-dip galvanisation. This is the most effective method of steel protection, making the rack resistant to weather conditions and allowing it to be stored outdoors for many years.
