Description

The bottom-discharge container is a professional solution designed for the efficient and safe transport of heavy bulk materials such as rubble, stones, sand, or industrial waste. Thanks to its solid construction and innovative discharge system, this container significantly streamlines cleaning work on construction sites, in workshops, and in production plants. Its compact dimensions (approx. 986 x 1000 x 850 mm) combined with a high load capacity make manoeuvring easy and precise, and the container itself is usually narrower than the forklift.

Instantaneous Emptying Through the Bottom

The key advantage of this device is the practical double bottom flap. This mechanism allows for the complete emptying of the tank’s contents (with a volume of 410 litres) directly over the target location, without the need to tilt the entire container. The forklift operator can release the bottom lock without leaving the cabin, ensuring comfort and maximum operational safety. The bottom-discharge container boasts an impressive load capacity of up to 1500 kg, allowing it to easily handle the heavy loads generated by construction waste.

Versatility of Mounting and Solid Workmanship

The construction has been adapted for versatile logistical handling. In the upper part of the frame, there are large fork pockets with a cross-section of 188 x 100 mm, enabling stable transport by forklift. Additionally, the container is equipped with lifting points, allowing it to be operated by cranes and overhead hoists using slings. The entire unit is protected with a high-quality blue powder coating, which shields the steel against corrosion, impacts, and scratches, guaranteeing a long service life in tough working conditions.
