Description

The PMDB 1300 drop-bottom container is a high-capacity industrial vessel with a volume of 1,300 litres, redefining waste logistics in large production plants. It combines a vast loading space with functionality usually reserved for smaller containers – the ability to be transported using a manual pallet truck.

This is a unique solution on the market: a container that holds over a cubic metre of waste, yet its specially designed base allows for manoeuvring with a standard pallet truck (on hardened surfaces). This is a key convenience in zones where forklift movement is restricted. Additionally, the PMDB 1300 is equipped with corners that enable safe stacking, allowing for the efficient use of warehouse height. The feet are factory-adapted for wheel mounting, providing the option to become fully independent of forklifts for internal transport.

Low profile with large volume

Despite its impressive capacity, the PMDB 1300 maintains a low height. The design has been expanded horizontally, allowing the container to fit perfectly under the outlets of large production machinery, conveyor belts, or chutes where standard tall containers would not fit. This also facilitates manual waste loading, ensuring an ergonomic working position for employees.

Solid workmanship and rapid discharge

The bin is manufactured from steel plate with a thickness of 2-3 mm (sides) and 3 mm (base). The fork pockets in the longer walls are solidly reinforced to safely carry heavy loads. The drop-bottom system is operated by a lever on the side wall, enabling the instantaneous emptying of the 1,300-litre load. The entire unit is coated with anti-corrosion paint with a smooth structure, making it easy to keep clean.
