The PMDB 750 drop-bottom container is a versatile warehouse bin with an increased capacity of 750 litres. Logistical flexibility: Forklift, Pallet Truck, and Stacking
The PMDB 750 model was designed to maximise internal plant logistics. The special base design allows for manoeuvring the container with a pallet truck, which is crucial in narrow aisles where a forklift cannot enter. Additionally, the upper corners are equipped with a system for the safe stacking of containers, saving valuable warehouse floor space. The container’s feet are factory-adapted for wheel mounting, providing the option to transform it into a mobile trolley.
Rapid discharge and solid construction
The bin is manufactured from 2-3 mm thick steel plate on the sides and 3 mm in the base, providing an optimal balance between durability and tare weight. The longer walls are equipped with reinforced fork pockets. The drop-bottom system is operated via a lever located on the side of the container, allowing for the instantaneous emptying of 750 litres of contents directly into a main collection skip.
Low profile for machinery
Despite its 0.75 m³ capacity, the PMDB 750 maintains a low height, which is a hallmark of this series. This makes it perfect as a tank placed under the outlets of conveyor belts, machine tools, and other industrial machinery. The surface is protected with anti-corrosion paints with a smooth structure, facilitating hygiene maintenance and cleaning of the interior.
