Description

3. Manual pallet trucks: Specially designed feet in the base allow for access with a standard pallet truck, which is a unique feature for such a high capacity and tare weight.

Armoured construction 3 mm / 4 mm

To withstand the loads generated by 1.4 m³ of material, the container is built from high-strength materials. The side walls are made of 3 mm steel plate, while the base – the key load-bearing element – is 4 mm steel. The top edge features additional reinforcement around its entire perimeter, protecting the structure from deformation. This makes the PMDC 1400 ideal for collecting heavy scrap, cast iron castings, or rubble.

Safety and durability

The drop-bottom system allows for the instantaneous discharge of the entire contents. The mechanism is operated manually via a lever located on the side of the container, providing the operator with control over the process. The surface is protected by a primer and a polyurethane topcoat. This creates a smooth, resistant coating that facilitates interior cleaning and effectively protects the steel against corrosion.
