Description

The PMDC 750 drop-bottom container is a heavy-duty industrial vessel with a capacity of 750 litres, designed for intensive use in demanding conditions. Versatility: Crane, Forklift, Pallet Truck

The PMDC 750 solves most internal logistical problems. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it can be transported in three ways:

1. Crane/Hoist: Solid lifting eyes and transport handles are welded into the upper part of the bin, enabling safe lifting of the container.

2. Forklift: The base construction ensures a stable grip for the forks.

3. Pallet Truck: Specially designed feet in the base allow for access and manoeuvring with a standard pallet truck (on hardened surfaces).

Solid construction 3 mm / 4 mm

The container was built with durability in mind. The side walls are made of 3 mm thick steel plate, while the base—the element most exposed to loads—is 4 mm steel. Additionally, the top edge is reinforced around its entire perimeter, which stiffens the structure and protects it against mechanical deformation. Such a specification makes the PMDC 750 perfectly suited for collecting heavier waste, scrap, or rubble.

Simple operation and high aesthetics

The drop-bottom system allows for the instantaneous emptying of the contents. The mechanism is released via an ergonomically placed lever on the side of the container. The surface is protected by a primer and a polyurethane topcoat. This creates a smooth finish that not only effectively protects against corrosion but also facilitates cleaning the tank and prevents waste from adhering.
