The PMDC mini 130 drop-bottom container is the smallest and most compact vessel in the range, designed for precision tasks in areas where every centimetre of space counts. Despite its modest 130-litre capacity, it is a fully-fledged, “armoured” industrial container, ready to carry extremely heavy loads relative to its dimensions.
Extraordinary durability on a micro scale
What sets the Mini 130 model apart is its construction. It is manufactured from the same materials as containers ten times its size. 3 mm steel plate side walls and a 4 mm steel plate base guarantee a very high load capacity. This bin is ideal for collecting high-density waste, such as small steel scrap, bolts, nuts, or waste from die-cutters, which would quickly damage standard lightweight containers.

The PMDC mini 130 offers unprecedented transport flexibility, adapted to the dynamics of small workshops and production cells:

Forklift and Pallet Truck: The base design enables stable transport with forks. The low total wheel height (11.5 cm) makes the container very stable and allows it to fit into the lowest spaces.
Safety and operational comfort
The drop-bottom system enables instantaneous emptying of the contents. The lever mechanism is designed to give the operator a choice: the bottom can be opened manually (standing next to the container) or remotely—by pulling a steel cable from a seated position in the forklift cabin. This increases safety when working with heavy loads. The surface is protected by a double paint layer (primer + polyurethane), ensuring resistance to oils and greases while facilitating cleaning.
