Description

This rack-type hazardous substance container is a professional chemical warehouse designed for the compliant outdoor storage of liquid media. This compact model, measuring 4000 x 1600 x 3500 mm, is optimised for storing 6 IBC/KTC tanks (commonly known as “mausers”) with a capacity of 1,000 litres each.

Environmental safety and compliance with standards

Environmental protection is a key element of the design. The container features an integrated safety system:

• Sump pallet: The base contains sump pallets with a total collection capacity of 2,200 litres (2 x 1,100 L). This guarantees effective containment of chemical leaks and protects groundwater.

• Stabilisation and guards: Each storage level is equipped with pallet anti-shift protections and liquid splash guards.

• Earthing: Factory-fitted potential equalisation protects against electrostatic discharge, which is critical when handling flammable materials.

Functional warehouse design

This hazardous substance rack container combines durability with ergonomic use.

• Sliding gate: A lockable sliding gate is used on the long side. it facilitates forklift access to each tank and does not take up space in front of the warehouse when opening.

• Ready for operation: The structure is delivered as a fully assembled unit – it does not require complicated assembly on-site.

• Options: A version with increased fire resistance is available upon special request.
