The PMPL metal stillage is a specialised warehouse container designed for users requiring maximum access to the stored load. The container’s construction is based on solid 2 mm thick folded sheet metal (both in the walls and the base). Extraordinary durability and rigidity are guaranteed by double-sided welding technology, which makes the container perfectly withstand the hardships of intensive exploitation in industrial conditions and ensures the safety of stored goods.
Completely Opening Wall – Full Access
The most important advantage of the PMPL model is its unique access system. One of the longer walls opens entirely, in a bottom-to-top system. This solution eliminates barriers during loading and unloading, allowing for free handling of even large-format goods or unusual shapes. The full opening of the side makes the stillage an extremely ergonomic work tool, significantly accelerating logistical processes.
Versatility in Transport and Storage
The container has been adapted for operation by various material handling equipment. Thanks to appropriately designed feet in the base, the tank can be moved by both forklifts and manual pallet trucks (“pump trucks”). Additionally, reinforced corners (stacking pockets) with holes are placed on the top rim. These enable the transport of the container using a crane or overhead hoist and allow for the safe stacking of stillages on top of each other, saving valuable warehouse space.
