Description

The PMPP 100 stillage is a specialised storage and transport container made of folded sheet metal, designed for storing heavy loads while maintaining compact dimensions. It is an ideal solution for production plants that need low containers (e.g., for collecting waste from under machines or storing high-density components) that simultaneously offer “armoured” durability.

Solid Construction: 2 mm Sheet Metal

In the PMPP 100 model, the focus is on uniform strength. Both the side walls and the base are made of high-quality 2 mm thick sheet metal. The use of sheet metal folding technology further stiffens the structure, ensuring high load capacity. Consequently, the stillage is perfectly suited for transporting heavy castings, scrap, or steel elements without undergoing deformation.

Versatile Logistics: Forklift and Crane

The container was designed with full flexibility for internal transport in mind.

1. Forklifts and Pallet Trucks: Special feet in the base create a clearance, allowing for an easy approach with any type of truck.

2. Overhead Hoists and Cranes: The corners of the stillage feature holes for hooks, allowing for safe suspended transport.

Space Saving and Durability

Thanks to specially profiled corners (stacking pockets), the containers can be safely stacked in a 1+2 arrangement (one on top of the other), saving valuable warehouse space. The entire unit is finished with a painting system (primer + polyurethane paint), which not only protects the steel from corrosion but also, thanks to its smooth structure, facilitates keeping the container clean.
