The PMPP 1450 metal stillage is a large-format, specialised storage and transport container with solid walls. This construction has been designed for storing goods of high mass and volume. The container is made of durable folded sheet metal – both the sides and the base are 2 mm thick. This design ensures high rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage, making this model an ideal solution for industry, production halls, and warehouses.
Versatile Logistical Handling
The container stands out for its versatility in internal transport. The base is equipped with special feet that allow for the free handling of the stillage not only by forklifts but also by manual pallet trucks (“pump trucks”). Additionally, in the upper corners, there are holes (lugs) that allow for the attachment of hooks and safe transport using a crane or overhead hoist. This comprehensive solution significantly streamlines handling processes for heavy elements.
Safe stacking and durability
The PMPP 1450 model promotes space-saving in the warehouse. The special design of the corners (stacking pockets) enables stable stacking of containers in a 1+2 arrangement (one on the ground and two on top). The entire unit is finished with a professional painting system, consisting of a primer and a polyurethane topcoat. This coating provides effective protection against corrosion, and the smooth surface of the sheet metal facilitates maintaining cleanliness and hygiene inside the tank.
