The MP 500 pallet extension is a practical storage solution that allows for the rapid conversion of a standard wooden or metal pallet into a spacious wire mesh cage. It is a modern and significantly more durable alternative to traditional wooden extensions. The primary purpose of using this type of enclosure is to protect goods from spilling, crushing, or theft during logistical processes. Durability and fast tool-free assembly

The construction of the MP 500 model is based on a solid frame made of steel tubes and a welded mesh infill. The 3.8 mm thick wire, welded into 100×50 mm mesh openings, guarantees high wall rigidity and resistance to load pressure. Crucially, the pallet extension has been designed so that its assembly and disassembly are as simple as possible – it is performed without tools and takes only a moment. This allows for flexible management of packaging in the warehouse depending on current needs.

Functionality: folding and stacking

A great advantage of this model is its ergonomic use. The front wall of the cage is equipped with a hinged window (flap), which provides convenient access to stored materials even when the containers are stacked. The MP 1000 pallet extension is fully adapted for stacking in a 1+3 configuration, allowing for the effective use of the warehouse hall’s height. Once emptied, the cage can be folded flat, which drastically reduces the space occupied and lowers the costs of storing empty returnable packaging.
