Description
The MZ 1000 pallet extension is the largest variant of the wire mesh cage, designed to work with standard pallets (wooden and metal) measuring 1200×800 mm. Thanks to its maximum wall height, this model offers the largest loading space, allowing for the safe storage of bulky or high-volume goods that would not fit in lower containers.
Space and product safety
The extension’s construction is designed to withstand the pressure of a large quantity of goods. A skeleton reinforced with steel tubes and a 3.8 mm thick wire infill (100×50 mm mesh) guarantee load stability during transport and storage. This solution is significantly more durable and hygienic than wooden extensions, while providing full ventilation and visibility of the contents.
Functionality at great height
With tall cages, easy access to the interior is key. The MZ 1000 features a hinged flap (half-window) on the front wall, which enables convenient loading and unloading of goods even from the bottom of the container, without the need to disassemble the structure. Despite its dimensions, these extensions can be safely stacked in a 1+3 arrangement, creating stable vertical racks and saving valuable floor space.
Fast assembly and folding
The MZ 1000 extension is a fully mobile solution. Its foldable design means that when not in use, the cage can be collapsed flat, reducing its occupied space to a minimum – a key advantage in reverse logistics. Assembly on the pallet is instantaneous and tool-free – simply place the structure on the pallet, and special hooks will ensure its stability.
