Description

The MZ 1500 pallet extension is a functional wire mesh cage that instantaneously transforms a standard pallet into a stable storage container. This product is designed to work with wooden and metal pallets in the 1200×800 mm format. The primary purpose of the extension is to effectively secure goods against damage, spilling, or theft during storage and transport. Unlike its wooden counterparts, the mesh collar features significantly higher durability and resistance to mechanical damage, making it a long-term investment.

Robust construction and technical parameters

The offered pallet extension stands out with its solid workmanship, based on steel tube frames and welded mesh infill. The 3.8 mm thick wire forms 100×50 mm mesh openings, providing appropriate wall rigidity and visibility of the stored inventory. Mounting the cage on the pallet is intuitive, fast, and requires no additional tools, significantly streamlining logistical processes. The design allows for safe stacking of containers in a 1+3 arrangement, maximising the use of available vertical warehouse space.

Ergonomics and space-saving

The MZ 1500 model was designed with user convenience in mind. The front wall of the cage features a half-drop gate, providing easy access to the interior and enabling the removal of goods even when the pallet extension is in a stack. This is a key convenience during order picking. An additional advantage is the foldable design – when the container is not in use, it can be folded flat. This solution guarantees enormous space savings in the warehouse and reduces return transport costs for empty packaging.
