The OC 1000 pallet extension is a professional wire mesh cage that allows for effective management of warehouse space by converting a standard 1200×800 mm pallet into a stable container. This product is dedicated to the safe storage and transport of goods, serving as an excellent alternative to less durable wooden extensions or disposable cardboard packaging. The robust metal construction protects the load from mechanical damage and prevents it from spilling, which is crucial in a dynamic logistical environment.
Durable construction and tool-free assembly
The offered pallet extension is characterised by high load resistance thanks to the use of a steel tube frame and welded mesh infill. The 3.8 mm thick wire forms 100×50 mm mesh openings, providing wall rigidity and good visibility of the stored inventory. A great advantage of this model is the intuitive assembly system, which requires no tools. This allows for the instantaneous preparation of the carrier for work and easy disassembly, significantly streamlining operational processes in the warehouse.
Functionality: access to goods and storage
The OC 1000 model was designed with an emphasis on ergonomics and space-saving. The front wall is equipped with a hinged window (flap), which allows for free access to the contents of the cage without the need to remove it, even when the extensions are stacked on top of each other. The design allows for safe stacking in a 1+3 arrangement, maximising the use of the hall’s available height. When not in use, the pallet extension can be folded flat, saving valuable warehouse space and minimising return transport costs.
