The OC 500 pallet extension is a practical and durable solution that allows for the instantaneous conversion of a standard wooden or metal pallet into a stable wire mesh cage. This product was designed to effectively secure general cargo and irregularly shaped items during transport and storage. The metal construction serves as an excellent alternative to non-durable wooden extensions, offering much higher resistance to mechanical damage and ensuring better visibility of the stored inventory.

Robust construction and tool-free assembly

The offered pallet extension stands out with its heavy-duty build, based on a steel tube frame and welded mesh infill. The 3.8 mm thick wire used forms 100×50 mm mesh openings, which guarantees wall rigidity and load safety. A major advantage of this model is the intuitive assembly system, which requires no tools or additional fasteners. This allows for the rapid preparation of the carrier for work and its efficient disassembly, significantly optimising internal logistical processes.

Functionality: access to goods and folding

The OC 500 model is equipped with a range of ergonomic features. The front wall has a hinged window (flap), which enables easy and quick access to the container’s contents without the need to remove it from the stack. The design is adapted for safe stacking in a 1+3 arrangement, allowing for effective use of the warehouse’s cubic capacity. When the pallet extension is not needed, it can be folded flat, saving valuable storage space and minimising the costs of return transport for empty packaging.
