The base of the unit is made from durable closed steel profiles, ensuring high rigidity and load resistance. The primary purpose of this solution is not only to isolate goods from the floor but above all to enable smooth and efficient movement. Thanks to the installed Light wheel set, the platform becomes a maneuverable transport trolley that handles pallets and containers with ease.
Mobility in small spaces
This model has been designed for work areas where the use of large forklifts is impossible or uneconomical. The pallet trolley performs excellently in narrow warehouse aisles, shop backrooms, and workshops with limited access. The upper frame is equipped with four stops (corner guides) that effectively stabilize the platform and prevent the load from shifting during transport.
Durability and functionality
The platform structure is also designed for long term use. The entire construction is coated with high quality polyurethane paint, providing effective anti corrosion protection and safeguarding the steel against damage. It is also worth noting that the frame structure itself, after removal of the wheels, is suitable for stacking, allowing valuable warehouse space to be saved when the trolleys are not in intensive use.
