Description

The NTK Eco 300 self-tipping skip is a lightweight and manoeuvrable container designed for use with forklift trucks. It is an economical solution designed to streamline waste logistics in facilities where speed of action and ease of use are paramount.

Construction and Workmanship

The NTK 300 model has been designed as a universal tool for everyday work:

• Optimal durability: The entire structure is made of uniform 2mm thick steel plate. This provides sufficient rigidity for transporting standard production waste, cardboard, foil, or light elements, while maintaining a lower unladen weight for the attachment.

• Anti-corrosion protection: The container is finished with high-quality polyurethane paint. This creates a sealed coating that protects the steel against corrosion and weather conditions.

• Easy cleaning: The smooth structure of the paint coating ensures that the interior of the tank does not promote dirt build-up and is easy to wash.

Dual Discharge System (Working Comfort)

The NTK 300 skip focuses on operator ergonomics, offering two ways to empty the contents:

1. Front Pressure Plate (Automatic): The fastest method of operation. The operator presses the pressure plate (located at the front of the skip) against the edge of a collection container. The mechanism releases automatically, causing the discharge.

2. Lever with Cable (Manual/Remote): A lever at the rear allows for manual release of the lock. Importantly, a cable can be attached to the handle, enabling the operator to operate the mechanism from the forklift cab, even when the container is raised high. This ensures maximum comfort and safety.
