Description

The PMSC 500 self-tipping skip is a versatile steel forklift container designed to maximise the use of loading space. Unlike standard models with tapered sides, the PMSC series features a straight top edge, allowing the tank to be filled to the very brim, increasing the efficiency of transporting bulk materials and waste.

Maximum capacity and full 90° discharge

This model combines two key functional features. Firstly, the straight geometry of the edge enables maximum loading of the container (no loss of volume on tapers). Secondly, the special construction of the arm connecting the hopper to the base allows for a 90-degree tilt. This guarantees a complete discharge of the contents, which is invaluable when emptying damp or clumping materials that might otherwise remain at the bottom.

Solid and leak-proof construction

The skip is manufactured from durable steel: the hopper walls are 2 mm thick, and the base, which bears the greatest loads, is made of 4 mm steel plate. The entire unit is reinforced around the entire perimeter of the top edge, stiffening the structure. Thanks to the use of double-sided welding, the container is leak-proof and suitable for transporting waste containing coolants or oils. Its low overall height ensures that the container also performs excellently under low-profile production machinery.

Simple operation and durability

The discharge mechanism is operated via a lever located on the rear wall, ensuring convenience and safety for the operator. The skip surface is protected by a painting system (primer + polyurethane topcoat), which shields the steel from corrosion and creates a smooth coating, facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance.
